EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
BRAND's services are performed by our full time inspectors and technicians, all of whom have formal training and are certified in the various disciplines required to conduct life safety inspections, evaluations and repair services. All of our employees are OSHA certified, confined space trained, fit tested and major material manufacturer trained; because of our extensive fire protection experience our personnel arrive at your facility highly qualified and fully prepared.
IMPROVING EFFICIENCY / REDUCING COST
For the Facility Management team, improving efficiency and reducing costs associated with fire protection maintenance and repair requirements is a function of effectively managing information. Once a facility shares the following information: what is the facility's priority and scope, the extent of the work needed, what is the timeline and what are the resources in place to perform the work, assuming the facility has limited financial resources BRAND is able to thoroughly assist Facility Directors/Engineers. BRAND is able to manage this information in conjunction with combining our expertise and parallel work activities or work items that are within close proximity to each other. BRAND'S BUNDLED SERVICES PROVIDES A TOTAL CODE COMPLIANT SOLUTION
Our bundled services, which include; Fire and Smoke Dampers, Fire Doors, Firestopping and Facility Maintenance is designed to offer your facility a way to save money while becoming code compliant. BRAND also works in partnership with an SOC Management company and with our combined services we are able to develop your SOC's, and work directly from your PFI's to bring your facility to compliance in all Life Safety areas.
BRAND'S DOCUMENTATION SOLUTIONS
BRAND documents all Life Safety work– Brand can update Life Safety drawings to reflect our findings of compliant and deficient status. As well, we provide a living document of each damper and door we inspect, repair or install. This documentation follows the life of the damper and/or door from Brand's first inspection forward. All sealed or deficient firestop penetrants can be added to your life safety drawings. All BRAND documentation is accepted by state, federal, Joint Commission and AHJ's.
Our managers and technicians work closely with facility personnel to create a synergy between your facility and our company.
